I was in the need of a healthy treat this afternoon ans mixed these delicious little bites together.
1 scoop Fitness Guru Tiramisu Casein (you can use normal protein with chocolate flavour instead)
1 egg white
1.5 dl oats
100g low fat phiadelphia or quark
1 espresso or instant coffee
some crushed 85% dark chocolate
stevia (If desired)
shredded coconut for decoration
I mixed all the ingredients together and then formed into little balls which I rolled in coconut. Yummy!
