Molina Marshall
I developed my love for health and fitness back in my home country, Sweden. At a young age I developed a passion for yoga which extended to incorporate running and the gym. When I moved to the UK in 2009 to commence my BSc in Psychology at the University of Nottingham, my passion flourished further and I embarked upon my training to become a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Since then I have added additional courses and I continuously strive to develop and learn new areas within the field. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Physiotherapy and I have a profound interest in the human body.
I have over 2 years of experience working with individual clients as well as group settings. In terms of clients I have worked with ages groups ranging from students up to people who have reached retirement with goals ranging from sports performance and hypertrophy to weight loss.
Integrity, Results, Professionalism and a Client Centred Approach is my work ethos. I am insured under REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals) and I am registered with Yoga Alliance UK.
