I'm in the middle of contest prep and keeping an eye on my macros. This super easy recipe is full of protein and healthy fats. A sixth of the quiche clocks in at 180kcal with very few carbs.
1 stalk broccoli
2 small courgettes
4 muchrooms
150g spinach
1 onion
2 poached salmon fillets - in pieces
6 egg
seasoning
Chop and saute all the vegetables, when soft place in a greased oven tin with the salmon. Whisk all the eggs together and add seasoning. Pour the eggs on top of the vegetables and salmon. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 min. enjoy!
