Whisk 3 egg whites with stevia until white and fluffy. add 1 scoop protein (I used Fitness Guru Isolate Peanut Butter). Pour the mixture in a non-stick pan and fry up. Flip over when it starts to form bubbles on the top.
I served mine with cottage cheese and berries - but use your imagination :)
