I got a delivery today from MusclefoodUK with some VitaFiber which is one of the ingredients in the popular Quest bars.of you've tried Quest bars you know they're amazing, but also that they cost a small fortune. With VitaFiber you can make your own relatively inexpensive Quest bars. I made a few different ones:
Peanut butter bars:
1 scoop of Fitness Guru PB isolate protein
1 tbsp chopped nuts
3 tbsp heated VitaFiber (hob or microwave)
1tbsp PPB mixed with water (or normal peanut butter but this increases macros)
Mix it all together, mold into bars and pop in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Mango and Coconut
1 scoop Fitness Guru Mango isolate (or vanilla and add chopped dry mango)
3tbsp heated VitaFiber
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tbsp water
Mix it all together, mold into bars and pop in the fridge for a few hours to set.
You can mix and match as you want with ingredients and make your own favourite! if you head over to MusclefoodUK, make sure you put in the voucher code MM50548 for 4 free chicken breast. :)
