My favourite Sunday brunch is Banana Pancakes! This morning I experimented a bit and ended up with the perfect combination:
for 2ppl
2 banana
2 eggs
I scoop Fitness Guru recovery protein powder
1dl of oats
chai spices
splash of soy milk
Mix all ingredients and fry as small pancakes.
I served mine with berries, a dollop of greek yoghurt and some Nuts'n More Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter. Yum!
